About
The NFDI4ING Jupyter service provides JupyterLab servers to its users. Without the need to install anything else than a browser locally, the provided environments allow for literate programming, code writing and execution, data visualizing and processing, and many more. Further information about current features, use cases and limitations can be found here.
At the moment the system located at Stuttgart is openly available but users might need to get in touch with the helpdesk of their home organization to successfully login. Get in touch with us if you have any problems.
Roadmap
The service is actively developed and maintained. During the next months the work concentrates on the following new features:
- Jupyter AI-based support in coding and RDM tasks.
- Specifically tailored environment(s) for engineers. You are missing a software or library that should be pre-installed? Get in touch with us.
- Improved data access, e.g., loading FDOs from Coscine.
Maintenance window: Thursday, 8–10 p.m.
We will do our best to keep service downtime to a minimum. However, there may be interruptions to service availability on Thursday between 8 and 10 p.m. We will announce planned downtime with a banner.
